Christmas Night Out
- December 2nd 2005

Another excellent evening was enjoyed by approximately 45 members and friends of the Wirral & District Amateur Radio Club, without all the problems, panic and stress of last year.

As many of you are aware, the Twelfth Man has undergone a major refit during 2005 and taken out the carvery, however in it's place was an excellent value for money three course Christmas dinner, with several alternatives which everyone enjoyed.  Even Gordon received ample portions of turkey this year.  You may remember last year he was late, and all that was left were a few bones off the carcase !  (I refrain from comment).

Nevertheless, our thanks to Gordon G8MMM who masterminded the logistics of the evening, and our Chairman Colin G3RLA who organised and presented the excellent quality raffle.  Thank you both guys .. a Top Night.  It was greatly appreciated by your committee that the evening was so well supported by the membership and particularly rewarding once again to see so many xyl's at the event.

Below you will find a selection of photographs taken during the evening.  They are arranged in chronological order for no other reason than ease of setting up.  These are low resolution pictures for quick download (depending on your connection).  If anyone would like a high quality file to print, then please send me an  e-mail: g4oar@wadarc.com
