Please be aware that on 2m there are some spot frequencies which are named in the 144MHz Band Plan which it would be wise to avoid for the UKAC contest.

Firstly NO SSB below 144.150MHz or you will lose points.

Specifically  144.370 which is the MGM calling Frequency

(MGM is machine generated mode activity such as JT65 and FSK441)

but also consideration should be shown for:-

144.175 Microwave talkback
144.195 to 144.205 Random MS SSB
144.200 Random MS SSB calling frequency
144.250 GB2RS news broadcast .. but not yet heard on a Tuesday night !
144.260 Maybe used for Emergency Communications and Community Events
