Please be aware that on 2m there are some spot frequencies which are named in the 144MHz Band Plan which it would be wise to avoid for the UKAC contest :-

Firstly, NO SSB below 144.150MHz or you will lose points !

Specifically  144.370 which is the MGM calling Frequency

(MGM is machine generated mode activity such as JT65 and FSK441)

but also consideration should be shown for:-

144.175 Microwave talkback
144.195 to 144.205 Random MS SSB
144.200 Random MS SSB calling frequency
144.250 GB2RS news broadcast .. but not yet heard on a Tuesday night !
144.260 Maybe used for Emergency Communications and Community Events
